So we start with Arya Vihar Ashram:
Arya Vihar Ashram is owned by Sri Arya Trust. Sri Arya Trust has been banned by Govt of India under FCRA act to recieve foriegn funding. On internet it is showing that only 2 NGO in uttarkhand were banned which put a serious question mark on activity of this ashram. They have constructed new building flaunting govt norms. Ashram has become a place for foreign only or white skinned sadhak to do the picnic near ganges. They make Pizza and food with wood fire oven and pollute environment. Wildlife was also endangered by ashram as one deer died inside the Ashram. Arya Vihar Ashram’ is having all the amenities like DTH, wood fired oven for Pizza & cookies, wooden houses, fan , electricity, well decorated foot path, roof marble, furniture, projector, mike system, Table Tennis etc. as evident in photographs available on ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ Website.
So a person brought up and studied in India leave his motherland and Go to America. Work for america and come back one day to Himalaya. He bought some land near a village Sainj in Uttarkashi. How much land he bought and how much he encroached in the bank of river Ganges is subject to investigation.
On the banks of Holy River Ganges he starts his new venture in name of sadhna, yoga.The state goverment of Uttarpradesh had a law in 1998 that no new construction can be done under 100 meter of a river. He setup the accommodation and invite the foreigners to stay there. In return he get good money. So in India you must follow law to receive fund from foreign countries. This can be done under FCRA act. Since these people have no love for country as they already leave it once so they keep flaunting laws be it FCRA or be it environment and forest laws.
So let's make an index of laws how these Ashram breach:

Most importantly to gather foreign crowd because as per them this will not impact the nature. If you think Ms Priyadarshini Patel or her team is working great for cause of Ganges then think twice

By diverting the flow of Ganges using Heavy Machine. Arya Vihar Ashram is directly interfering with natural flow of Ganges to safeguard the Arya Vihar Ashram which is certainly not acceptable to anyone, from an organisation where members are actively involved for cause of protection and conservation of Ganga & Environment. We found that members of Arya Vihar Ashram are involved in channelizing flow and putting hindrances in natural course of river, which is clear cut case of human encroachment on nature and environment. Channelization of river can have negative impact as loss of wetland and speeding of flow which cause speedy soil erosion. We did not found any fact about any agitation by Ashram when heavy machinery were working on river bed of Ganges. We also did not find the fact that who had bear the cost of doing diversion activity. Hindus worship Ganga as a divinity and hold it sacred. Any damage or destruction may invite Section 295 of the IPC and hence the Agencies or Ashram cannot commit any illegality if the fundamental character of free and natural flow of the Ganga is diverted, blocked, damaged, distorted and deformed or otherwise destroyed. 3. CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY ALONG RIVER GANGES.
We have seen fact in official website of ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ that they are doing development work of their own ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ by constructing new buildings, pavement along with bank of Ganges and showing victory on stalling other development projects of Govt in name of sacredness of Ganges. ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ has confirmed the use of heavy machines and blasting during construction activity and creating noise pollution.

However It comes under the authority of Govt agency to verify the sale deed of land and clearances of Govt for constructing houses on the land alongwith Ganges river. there are restriction in construction under 200 meter of Ganges by various orders which includes UP Govt order in year 2000, court order and NGT Orders. It is clearly mentioned in pictures available in ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ website that construction of new houses was done and well archieved in the website though there is Govt and court order available in public domain restraining any such construction.

Notification issued by the Central Government through MoEF on 18th December, 2012. As per this notification, the Central Government has notified the entire watershed of about 100 kilometers stretch of the river Bhagirathi from Gaumukh to Uttarkashi covering an area of 4179.59 square kilometers as the ‘Eco-sensitive Zone’.
It may be noted that a Writ Petition (PIL) No. 25 of 2013 was filed before the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand titled as “Sanjay Vyas vs. State of Uttarakhand & ors” for declaring prohibitory zone along the banks of Holy Ganga. The Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand noticed that in 1995 Hon’ble Supreme Court of India had passed the judgment that no construction would be made within 100 meter on the river banks of flowing river.

4. Polluting the Environment by Making Pizza and Cooking in Open through woodfire while Govt provide cooking gas in subsidy.
‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ intention of protecting the environment is questionable with the fact that, they are openly using wood fire to cook the food, making Pizza and cookies in wood fired oven and heating arrangement with wood stock for winter. It may be noted that Govt takes initiative and motivate the use of LPG in villages for cooking purpose for protection of environment but still It can be seen in the fact available on ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’’s website that environment is being polluted with use of wood fire. Year of picture taken is available on website and no fact available on website regarding reason and urgency for use of wood fired instead of domestic or commercial LPG. It may be noted that Gaumukh glacier which is origin point of Ganges is shrinking day by day due to global warming and human activities. 5. FLOW OF SEWAGE FROM ASHRAM TO RIVER
cleanliness of river and environment can not be maintained if a human population is staying adjacent to the river banks in multi story houses. This fact has also been confirmed by NGT in year 2015 that “Without clearance of expertise body, the construction near river will discharge the pollutant into river and hills become vulnerable to landslide and earthquake”. Again this fact has been confirmed by declaration of Eco-Sensitive Zone as per Govt notification. We did not find the fact on visited pages of ashram’s website that septic tank construction done at ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ is with clearance of expertise body. we also did not find the fact on visited pages of ashram’s website for construction of septic tank in Ashram under Indian standard code of practice for installation of septic tanks (IS: 2470) - Bureau of Indian Standards (1986). We did not find the fact on visited pages of ashram’s website for installation of sewage treatment plant inside ashram for treatment of discharge of effluent for treatment of biological nutrient, disinfection and odour. Therefore it is questionable in public interest that septic tank is isolated from river and no organic or inorganic waste is going with water (sewage) to river. We did not find the fact that in case of flood in river septic tank will don't leak technically anything into river. We did not found any fact on visited pages of ashram’s website for closed-loop system in Ashram with zero discharge into River by recycling the sewage. We did not find the fact that septic tanks of ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ are not contaminating the groundwater as well as not going back into river due to overflow in rainy season. Accordingly sewage of ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ is affecting the sacredness of holi river as it is situated near to river and have greater probability to be in contact of river water.

9. YOGA AND SADHNA CAN BE DONE IF YOU ARE FOREIGNER OR WHITE SKINNED. INDIANS NOT ALLOWED.WELL KNOWN FACT IS THAT FOREIGNERS GET WEED AND DRUGS EASILY IN SUCH TYPE OF DESTINATION?? IS IT TRUE??
Any indian if ever did any sadhna or Yoga there may comment here. See the pics and you will find all are foreigner. Even one of Pimp of Ashram who is writing review everywhere has also confirmed that she did not get permission to enter the ashram. Ashram is using fake profile of name Dipika Dobriyal or Dipika Dalakoti to start propaganda in public forum. And she want to try to get permission. Hahaha. See the screenshot of her messages.

10. THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY FROM FOREIGNERS LIVING IN BORDER AREA.
So Arya Vihar Ashram is posing serious threat to national security of India by keeping foreigners only in to its Ashram. No one knows that Arya Vihar Ashram has ever taken any clearances from Government or Armed Forces for keeping foreigners in border Area. These Sadhaks were roaming in forest area and looking for deer. A serious point of investigation that waht else the do there.
11 .REMOVAL OF ARYA VIHAR ASHRAM REQUIRED FOR SAFETY OF INNOCENT FOREIGN SADHAK AND HOLINESS OF GANGES
Ok, so we have to start a hard campaign for removal of Arya Vihar Ashram to set an example then only we would be able to clear bank of Holy River Ganges from Gangotri to Rishikesh. Ms Priyadarshini Patel who is care taker of this ashram would also agree with this as she had too much showed off in past for such type of cause. We hope that Ms Priyadarshini Patel and Members of Sri Arya Trust will relocate to somewhere else and save the lives of innocent sadhak who come to ashram. 2012 like Uttarakhand Disaster can happen any day. We must bring this to notice of administration that ashram's can do their business activity from somewhere else and get foreign funding at new place.
Arya Vihar Ashram, itself is situated very near to Ganges around 100m as shown in Google Maps and Wiki Mapia whereas most of the near by village population is situated in a safe distance from river. You must check this fact from these links.

We have not found any fact on Ashrams website regarding Ms Priyadarshani Patel’s concern to take steps to shift their ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ to another location, which is also a business entity involved in business of soaps. ‘Arya Vihar Ashram is in flood zone of river and already affected by cloud burst in the past , This fact is also confirmed by the Ashram on website that Ashram is in Danger due to Ganges . Having this belief we did not found any fact available that who will be responsible for causality in case of flood in future while knowing in advance that Ashram is in danger. We did not found the fact that Why the Arya Vihar Ashram is there in first place, risking lives of Sadhakas. We did not found the fact that all Sadhaks and visitors are being informed of the risk involved in staying at ashram. We find influence of ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ on Govt agencies in diverting natural flow of ganges to save ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ as mentioned in website of ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’. Here it is not evident that ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ paid any money to Govt for diversion work. We did not find any fact about Clearances and permission for doing diversion work of River ganges. Above facts show that members of ‘Arya Vihar Ashram’ contradict working for cultural & environmental issues and gives impression of ‘ignoring the risk of lives and property of individuals in Ashram’. Already shown at point 1.
Ok, so we have to start a hard campaign for removal of Arya Vihar Ashram to set an example then only we would be able to clear bank of Holy River Ganges from Gangotri to Rishikesh. Ms Priyadarshini Patel who is care taker of this ashram would also agree with this as she had too much showed off in past for such type of cause. We hope that Ms Priyadarshini Patel and Members of Sri Arya Trust will relocate to somewhere else and save the lives of innocent sadhak who come to ashram. 2012 like Uttarakhand Disaster can happen any day. We must bring this to notice of administration that ashram's can do their business activity from somewhere else and get foreign funding at new place.
Arya Vihar Ashram, itself is situated very near to Ganges around 100m as shown in Google Maps and Wiki Mapia whereas most of the near by village population is situated in a safe distance from river. You must check this fact from these links.

12. FCRA FUNDING VIOLATION BY ARYA VIHAR ASHRAM ( SRI ARYA TRUST)
FCRA Registration is done for foreign funding of NGOs. FCRA stands for Foreign Contribution Regulation Act. The Act seeks to regulate flow of foreign funds to voluntary organizations with the objective of preventing any possible diversion of such funds towards activities detrimental to the national interest and to ensure that individuals and organizations may function in a manner consistent with the values of the sovereign democratic republic. In 2012 FCRA license number 347980008R of Sri Arya Trust was cancelled on violation. Most shamefull thing for Arya Vihar Ashram is that only 2 NGO in all of uttarakhand got fcra license cancelled amid 1000 of such Ashram. Now its for your imagination that what type of activity Arya Vihar Ashram was doing with foriegn funds.
There last funding detail submitted to government is for In 2014-15(2213440.00) . In 2013-14 and 2012-13 They did not submitted. in 2011-12 (1630055.00) . In 2010-11 They did not submitted.
Surprisingly they received zero amount in year 2009-10.
Again they recieved 1752611.00 in year 2008-09. See the anomaly in return pattern of foreign funding. Who are not honest with thier goverment can hell teach yoga and sadhna to others.

13. Ashram is targeting freedom of expression in India which is against Constitution.
We come to know that ashram send Legal notices to common people in India who opinionated critically about Arya Vihar Ashram. Finally pimp of Arya Vihar Ashram tried to block our blog. They are targeting freedom of expression in India which is against Constitution. They think themselves above law. The catorie of Priya Patel and Meeta Milkhani will not succeed. they are afraid of losing foreign funds. We restored the blog and will shift it to chinese servers. Checkmate !!!! We are going to flood the internet with all your misdeed. Mother Ganges is not going to forgive you and the damage you done to poor people of uttarakhand just to run your resort in name of ashram is punishable. Its a curse of mother Ganges that one day your ashram will come under cloud burst.

FCRA Registration is done for foreign funding of NGOs. FCRA stands for Foreign Contribution Regulation Act. The Act seeks to regulate flow of foreign funds to voluntary organizations with the objective of preventing any possible diversion of such funds towards activities detrimental to the national interest and to ensure that individuals and organizations may function in a manner consistent with the values of the sovereign democratic republic. In 2012 FCRA license number 347980008R of Sri Arya Trust was cancelled on violation. Most shamefull thing for Arya Vihar Ashram is that only 2 NGO in all of uttarakhand got fcra license cancelled amid 1000 of such Ashram. Now its for your imagination that what type of activity Arya Vihar Ashram was doing with foriegn funds.
There last funding detail submitted to government is for In 2014-15(2213440.00) . In 2013-14 and 2012-13 They did not submitted. in 2011-12 (1630055.00) . In 2010-11 They did not submitted.
Surprisingly they received zero amount in year 2009-10.
Again they recieved 1752611.00 in year 2008-09. See the anomaly in return pattern of foreign funding. Who are not honest with thier goverment can hell teach yoga and sadhna to others.

We come to know that ashram send Legal notices to common people in India who opinionated critically about Arya Vihar Ashram. Finally pimp of Arya Vihar Ashram tried to block our blog.
